Pre-packaged Diet Meals

A new development has inspired dieters to work harder at their goals.  New hope is given to people who have won the battle of the bulge and are now trying to keep the pounds off.  Surely you have seen the adverts like “healthy take-away”.  Health food companies are now offering an extended service of prepackaged meals, and although this tends to be expensive, it makes it a lot easier to keep to your goals and makes meal planning a breeze.

For a monthly fee, which works out less if you purchase more than one meal a day, you can collect freshly cooked meals that don’t contain any artificial sweeteners from The Whole Bite which is based in Austin, TX.  For about $500.00 you will get 4 small meals for 21 days.

For approximately $158.00 you will get a one week meal plan of twenty one meals delivered frozen to you, or you could collect them fresh from a designated collection point from Diet-to-go.  They have a variety of eating plans to choose from including low carb, vegetarian, low fat and seven or five day packages.  They only service Baltimore, Philadelphia, San Francisco bay and DC.

In the USA and Canada you can get fresh meals which are 40% carb, 30% protein and 30% fat delivered to your door from In the Zone Delivery.  This service costs between $36.00 and $45.00 per day.

With collection points all over Georgia or the option to have your meal delivered by UPS, Fresh-N-Fit Cuisine provides you with a meal of 1200 calories for seven days for $150.00.  They only service Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North and South Carolina and Florida.

If your budget will allow $180.00 then go with Bistro MD and receive meals and snacks without any additives, chemicals or fillers for a full week.  They deliver to you anywhere in the US.

Perhaps you would like to feel like Ricki Lake or Jennifer Lopez?  Then Freshology would be your choice!  Their meals are prepared by culinary experts and you can choose between fresh or frozen deliveries.  Their “Fresh Get Slim Gold” is a 28 day program for approximately $45.00 a day.

Other service providers include  Chefs Diet, 5 Squares, eDiets, or Focus 28. Enquire about the ingredients they use before making your final choice, and pay attention to how many artificial additives are used.  A month of healthy eating will ensure results in your dietary goals.  And with these companies, eating healthy has just become child’s play!
